Been reading on here and most people are saying that generally an all yeast during fermentation should be mid 60's.

Last night brewed an ale using California ale WLP001 from white labs.
The instruction say to keep wert at 70-75 till fermentation begins, then always keep it above 71..

My sticker on the bucket is reading 74-75 do you think this is alright??

You might get the funk. I'd get it below 70 if you can. I ferment all my ales in the low to mid 60's cause i dont like the funk.

That is true keep it in the 60s. If you don't have a spare refrigerator get a towel and soak it in ice cold water. Then place it over the bucket. Once you have done that use a on slow to blow the cool air across. Worked great for me. I keep my house at 70 and my bucket will read 65-67. Just remember to always keep the towel ice cold.
Good luck!
