What is the fermentation temperature range of Muntons Active Yeast? There is no information on the package or their web site.
 
White and Zainasheff recommend 67-68* for ale yeasts, as a starting point, and then to adjust up or down to taste on the next batch. I prefer lower than that for most ales, more like 60-64*.
