Over Carbonation?

Hello All,

Just bottled my very first batch of homebrew this morning into 12 oz glass bottles.... One of my last bottles I was only able to fill about half way... I used a northern brewer kit with "fizz drops" as the priming sugar... Should I worry about the half filled bottle becoming over carbonated?

Some folks have reported of half filled bottles exploding. I would isolate that bottle from the rest just in case.
