So I brewed what I'll consider my take on Fat tire, I wanted a bit more of the biscuit and no so sweet so:

2.5lbs Maris Otter
1lb Victory
1lb Biscuit
1/2 lb Crystal 20L
6oz lb Cara Munich
1/2 oz US Pearl (60)
3/4 oz Czech Saaz (60)
1oz Williamette (15)

1 gal @ 120F soak for 20
+1 gal and @ 150-152F for 60
+1 gal @ 170F sparge
boil for 60
+6lbs ultra light

WL001 @ 70

Any comments? Just finished last night, first time for a partial mash.

chugging along very nicely. Down to 1.016 now, not sure if it is going to go any lower or not. but its only been 2 weeks. Smooth and creamy, no heat from the high grav (o.g. was 1.070). Not as much biscuit as I was hoping for, but it is rather early still.
