after running out of co2 and having a beer issue...i am starting my pipeline again. I am wanting to get it going as fast as possible, and was wondering what All Grain beers have a fast turn around time. I know wheat beers are quick, but was wondering what my other options might be :rockin:
 
I think yeast is as important as the type of beer. I've had great success recently with fast attenuation from WLP001 California Ale yeast. They work fast and clean up fast, leaving a tasty end product.
 
Edwort's Kolsch. I swear after 8 days it is already drinkable, (if I only had a kegging system) :(
