Ez water spread sheet acid adjustment

Im a bit confused about the acid adjustment on the Ez water spread sheet Is the acid adjustment for the total brewing water or just for mash water any help would be appreciated thx!

I’m pretty sure EZ is all about mash pH. It’s a bit confusing because you have the option to split out the mash and the sparge water.

Having said that, in my experience, it’s even more important to treat the sparge.

I got involved with water treatment when, on a whim I used RO for the sparge and got a reduction in astringency that I didn’t even know I had.
