I feel that brewing is a relatively safe hobby. But there are some aspects that can be hazardous, and these are not always obvious. Two items that stand out to me are 1) possible bottle bombs caused by bottling before fermentation is finished and 2) the very real possibility of a carboy shattering and causing serious injury. (The glass big mouth bubbler could be considered a special sub-set of carboys.) No doubt there are many more.

I feel sure some injuries could be avoided if there was a very eye-catching link to a "Safety Tips" section that explained the hidden hazards.

Using propane without proper ventilation is also a safety hazard.

Don't lift large pots full of hot wort. A pump can be considered a safety item.
