I want to power a 1500 watt immersion heater with my Inkbird controller, but that's beyond the 10 amp spec on the controller. Is there a pre-packaged relay/power extender that's plug & play? I have the skills to fabricate one but I'm lazy and would rather push the Amazon buy button...

1500W element at 120VAC consumes 12.5 amps. Connect an inexpensive 25 amp SSR to your controller. I've been powering my fermentation chamber (an old full-sized fridge) this way for 5 years, no issues.

Yeah, that's the DIY version that I'm hoping to avoid doing. Box, outlets, SSR, power cords... not a big deal, just work.
