Hello everyone.
I have been reading a lot around here on how to make Hard cider.
It looks like a simple process, but I am new to it, so I am stressing about it.
I originally came from Brittany (Bretagne), France, where Hard cider (and some obscure Druid liquors) are consumed.
Eating our native Crepes, can only be done with drinking cider, dry cider, made from un-eatable sour apples. I guess it is a way to use those stupid apples, but the fermentation process make them, magically, absolutely a delight to drink.
Anyway, I have been in the US for 35 years and am starting to seriously miss the taste of hard cider.
To my greatest joy, I am finding out that making hard cider is very easy.
So, I am now making my presence official to this forum.
