Just wanted to say hello. I'm more of a stalker when it comes to forums, they are so great for finding useful information. I did my third brew last night. My first was quite funky, I don't think my stuff was clean enough. The second is in my second fermenter and will be bottled next week. Last night I brewed a porter which I will move to the secondary after I bottle the ale.

Thanks all. I am paranoid now about cleaning and sanitizing. I only did the secondary because I'm. to too sure about how well a job I did on my pitch. We will see.
