Does anyone have experience with these? I understand the side lever increases and decreases resistance in the flow. I understand that, and the longer spout, reduce head foam in the glass. What relationship does that have to the keg pressure? Could you run higher keg pressure and control the pour at the faucet? Doing that what effect would it have on carbonation and also resulting foam?

What the "flow control" allows is modest mismatching between the carbonation level and the pressure used to maintain that level exceeding the ability of the beer line diameter x length used to deliver a proper pour. A properly balanced system doesn't need flow control.

The beer should still be properly carbonated to the specified/desired level - no faucet can fix over- or under-carbonated beer.

Otherwise, it's just a beer faucet, Euro Style...

Cheers!
