I would have to throw in with - time it takes to temp water Up and down is what did it for me. Burner and Chiller have made the most difference in my brew day. If I can go from tap temperature up to strike/ mash or boil this saves me time. The hell fire burner is super cool!! and worth the $$.. I got a jaded hydra chiller and again lets me go from boil to pitching temp in about 5 min. worth the spend. IMO-YMMV. by shortening these times I have been able to increase my day from 1-5gal batch in 8-10hours to 3-5gal batches in 8-10 hours. to me big savings.
