I'm getting ready to brew my first Flanders Red and I wasn't able to track down a vial of Brett L (wlp653), but I was able to get a vial of Brett B (wlp650). Am able to use the same equipment for my next batch if I switch to a different strain of Brett?
I use food-grade plastic buckets for primary as well as secondary (when needed), so buying 2 more buckets for dedicated secondary isn't really that big of a deal.
I already have a dedicated "sour beer" auto siphon, tubing, bottling bucket and spigot, but if I have to buy a whole different set for each Brett strain, I need to make sure Brett B is what I want to stick with.
Thanks!
