Hey all,
I sold my three tier setup this weekend, and am using the money to rebuild better/faster/stronger. I have attached a piping/general arrangement drawing, as well as a partial bill of materials.
General statements first though:
-Wanted to not have to be lifting ridiculous stuff
-Wanted everything to be as clean in place as possible
-Friend is welding/donating a brutus 10 stand for me, for free, so I didn't include that
-Gas Burners are manually controlled, PID Temp control is only for mashing. If I need to fire one up, I am ok with a sticklighter doing it.
-Wanted to be able to do back to back brews, meaning I can be mashing #2 while #1 is boiling.
-Using an ice bath through the HLT to drop temp with the Therminator
Those were my thoughts. I would appreciate any comments/questions. I will try to update this image and the spreadsheet based on changes I make from the comments.
