Engagement brew

So I just got engaged yesterday, and I want to brew something in celebration, my fiancé likes wheats and hefe, any suggestions?

First off congrats! About to make that leap as well. I would just search the database and pick something. Something that has been brewed a bunch of times and has a good following.

For something like this, it should be a stronger beer IMO. Like a weizenbock. If she likes hefes and wheats, she should love that. It can handle aging as well, so you could enjoy it for a long time.

Thanks!! Hmm maybe I'm about to make the leap to all grain so I might do that make it a leaps brew

Don't risk it, do a wheat or hefe. I learned to pick up on the little hints, it made the next 15 years so much easy.
