Hello friends- I have Emma's Ale from NB ready to roll (recipe as follows).. Many reviews noted that it could stand a wee bit more hops so I bought some Kent Goldings. Would this be a good add? And if so, at what point would you add it? (or dry hop) I don't want to hop bomb it, but I don't love a brown ale that just sits there, so thought I would give the addition a try.
Thanks for comments
