Electric Daisy Wine

Hello all!

I have some Electric Daisies growing on my Window Sill, if you're not familiar with them here is a quick video ...

Apparently eating one creates a chemical reaction in your mouth similar to a jolt of electricity!

Being the daring cat i am, i had hoped to ferment some sort of wine using these flowers as a major component making an Electric Wine!

Anyone have any thoughts?

I think after you cook them, or smash them or whatever way you process them for wine is going to combine whatever reactants together and they will jolt in the bottle and be either eliminated or so dilute you wont get a jolt anymore. On the other hand processing them might intensify the effect millions of times and you end up melting your head. Make sure to make a youtube for us WVMJ
