I've got a 3 keg setup, which has had 2 kegs on it. The second of those two kegs (brown ale) was just about done carbonating when I added a third keg (hefe). Went on vacation, came back, and had run out of CO2. That was about a month ago and I still haven't gotten around to refilling my co2.
So my question is: Will leaving a keg in the keezer, (1) undercarbonated; or 2 (2) not carbonated, for 4-6 weeks have any effect on my beer once hook up a new co2?
Its all been cold, so I imagine that the only thing that could happen would be that some of the hop flavoring might mellow.
