Easy and free solution to my foamy beer...

Last night I held the tap up high so the line was going upward to fill my glass at just above eye level. No foam, perfect glass of beer every time now.

Fridge at 42 degrees, keg pressure at 10psi with a 4 foot line, have been having half foam/half beers for a while.

I guess I really do need longer line, but for those with the same issue it seems filling at a higher level than the keg will provide some resistance needed, try it, it may help!

Great idea to add elevation to increase resistance in the line when you have short lines.

Thanks, I know its very basic, but it just hit me last night and it works very well, so I thought I would share.

Doesn't work for the last pint of the night where the elevation is negative
