Hey all,
I have 4 hops varieties (lots of Centential, some Mt Hood, a little Spalter Select and Tea Maker). I have never brewed beer since I mostly do cider and a little bit of wine. This fall I would like to make 4 one gallon batches of a simple lager with my four varieites of hops. I figure the lager would be easiest to brew in my basement and this is largely an experiement in tasting my hops varieties.
Any ideas for a very basic lager recipe for a first time beer brewer?
