Probably not a big moment for most, but this is my first batch as a brewer so figured I’d share. I dumped the trub on my Cali Common tonight after crashing it for around 48 hours. I brewed this 27 days ago, hopefully it’s ready! The trub had an interesting aroma to say the least... the brew on the other hand has a great, mellow flavor typical of a Cali Common. It’s very drinkable, and in my opinion, it has great color! Just need to finish carbing it and then get it into the keg! 😎

Congrats, that is impressive for a first brew. What are you fermenting in?

Appreciate it! 🍺 This one was fermented in an SS Brewtech 14gal unitank. I’m definitely diggin it! 😎

After about 30hrs on the carb stone, the pressure was finally up to around 10psi at 36.5F… she’s ready to keg!! 😎 I’ve brought the temp back up to around 39F. It’s too easy to serve out of this thing, hope I don’t drink too much of it before I get it transferred over! 🤣
