Brewing an IPA , first all-grain, the recipe I had added 2 lbs. sugar at last 15 minutes- but I forgot! So, I cooked up on the stove at the end when my ******* remembered, an added to my elixir. Question is, will this be ok ? Or will this cause a problem?

If it was added before crash cooling, you should be fine.

I did the same thing recently with a saison. Tasted wonderful! That's actually how Dogfish Head is supposed to brew their 120 Minute IPA, making sugar additions as fermentation moves along. You'll be fine.
