About to harvest yeast from a brut ipa today before dry hopping. I’m assuming the enzyme will remain on the yeast and only be good for future similar batches.

Anyone done this before and are able to report on subsequent pitches of how the yeast behaved?

A thorough yeast washing will remove most or all of the enzyme as enzyme residue will be in the beer that is pulled with the yeast. The yeast itself is not involved at all. Besides that, all enzymes denature with time so any residual enzymes will not be active forever.
