Here's my first recipe that I think is worth sharing. I was pretty impressed with how it turned out considering it was my first attempt at a partial mash (used DeathBrewer's stovetop method -- thanks man).
And yes, I'm aware that "Dubbel" is Belgian, not German, but the alliteration was too tempting.

Taste: (30.0) Moderate but not overpowering clove and wheat scent with deep dark color. Extremely high carbonation with decent retention.
Not a complex enough flavor for a dunkel, but overall is a good beer -- one of the best beers I've brewed yet.
