Hi

As every one else a by product of my fermentation in a big cake of yeast.
I thought maybe somehow the yeast could be dried and then we will have beer yest powder which is very common in vegetarian cuisine.

If someone knows about a way to do so I will be thankful.

Thanks

You mean like nutritional yeast? Before you get something like that to work, you'd need to separate the yeast from the trub. If you could do that well, you might be able to dry it out. I don't really know. I know nothing about the process.

I guess I'm mainly stopping in to make sure you get all the trub out. I'd hate to eat that stuff.
