I've used an Australian hops, Helga, in pellet form. I add to the secondary for 7 days. Look for aroma hops, not bittering hops. Aroma hops have higher percentages of beta acids, while bittering hops have higher alpha acids. I've got a hopped apricot apple cider on the go.
