So I've done an American wheat/rye beer that tastes ok but really needs more hops. It is a 3 gal batch in a 5 gal corny keg and had already been carbonated. Can I release the pressure in the keg, open it up and slowly lower a hop bag into the beer and then reapply gas until carbonated again. Or am I looking at a huge explosion when the hops are added?
