Dry Hopped Pilsner recipe

Hey guys I’m looking to brew my first Pilsner which I would like to dry hop with Motueka. Can anyone recommend a good base malt and hop schedule using the info below? I have never used flaked rice either.

I would guess it's something like 80/10/10 and hopped to about 30 ibu with a noble hop.
