Hello-

I just juiced enough apples to make 4L of cider as sort of an experiment. I added just a bit of brown sugar/dextrose combo to make a starting gravity of 1.055 and fermented with S-04 yeast. I plan to stop it sweet (1.015) by cold crashing early and then bottle and let the residual sugars mildly carbonate the bottles.

Do you think I should dry hop half of it with 1oz of amarillo hops??? :rockin:

I was thinking the apple aroma and fruity amarillo aroma could make an intersting mix.

An ounce of Amarillo in 2L of cider would totally overwhelm the apple aroma. 2-3 grams would be more reasonable.
