Kicked off a 5.5gallon batch on 4/3. wanted to share my experience with A43 Loki and time/temps associated.

5.5gallon
OG 1.069
FG ?
IBUs 13
Mashed in at 158°. Batch sparge.

10lbs - Golden Promise
4lbs - Flaked Oats
.5lbs - Carahell
.5lbs - Cane Sugar

10min- 1oz. Columbus
Whirlpool 30min- 3oz. Ella
Whirlpool 30min- 3oz. Mosaic
Dry Hop #1 - 5 days - 3oz. Ella
Dry Hop #1 - 5 days - 3oz. Mosaic
Both added when gravity is between 1.02 and 1.03.
Dry Hop #2 - 5 days - 3 oz. Galaxy

A43 Loki Yeast (half of a pouch) - pitched at 95°. Allowed to free fall in 72° room.

Transfer oxygen free to keg.

A couple of notes so far...

OG at 1.069.

Fermentation was going and going well around 4hrs post yeast pitch.

At the 24hr mark I tested gravity. It was already at 1.020. So I added dry hop #1 to the fermentor.

6 hours later I tested gravity at 1.013.

I mashed at 158° with almost 30% flakes oats. Interesting to see what FG will be...

Gravity tested on consecutive days at 1.012. Added 3oz. Of galaxy.
