I know every one says not to worry about the starsan foam when bottling......
I was bottling today and wondered if it was possible that the foam/leftover star san in the bottle could help fight off any bugs. when bottled......?

Do you think it could help or its too diluted at that point?

Nope, won't help. Starsan kills via acidity. When you dilute it into beer, that acidity essentially disappears, leaving only a bit of mineral salt. Still won't hurt anything, though.
