Donation Raffle

Ive been brewing mead and n occasional beer for quite a few years now, I have some cool hats and stickers and shirts, and of course a ton of bottles of mead.

I want to set up a bbq event with a bunch of friends and other brewers and if you make a donation you enter for a raffle with the prizes being stickers and hats andgift cards and a bottle or two of mead.

Does anyone know if I can do this legally?

Please and thanks, Im in oregon but cant find any specific laws for it.

Check here. A cursory glance of the regs tells me that only tax-exempt (i.e., non-profit) organizations may hold raffles.
