Dogfish Squall IPA - Bottle Conditioned

I have a bottle and was thinking of culturing the yeast from the bottle - but is it really their proprietary yeast?

I did this exact thing. It worked well, but took 3-4 days to really get going. I did a two-step starter, but don't have a stir plate.

I can't answer about the exact yeast in the bottle.
