Dogfish shortie tap handle doesn't fit!

My wife gave me a great gift of a pair of tap handles for my kegerator to replace the basic plastic ones I've been using for the past few months. The Sierra Nevada one fits fine, but the other, a "Shortie" Dogfish head one, has a totally different attachment size that's a good bit narrower than the other tap handles I've seen.

Anyone encounter this before? Is there an adaptor or something I need for my perlick taps to make this fit?
