Do you taste your hot break?

I do. I dip my finger into the thick foam. It tastes like marshmallows.

Today I made an IPA that I first wort hopped with Summit. I tasted the hot break and it was like hoppy marshmallows. OMG, new business idea. Hoppy marshmallows for sale at the home brew store.
