As promised some days ago...

Uses the PWM linked previously by someone else via Amazon. 50A gfci breaker etc. Unplug the dryer, plug in the box, and bam! Works flawlessly for me for 5 and 10 gal batches. Going to knock out the other front plates and add another 80mm fan to cool the PWM. Love being able to get to temps stupid fast and then dial it back as needed. Never been able to control a boil so precisely! Forgive the crude setup but I just moved and am in the process of cutting up kegs and wood for a big kid brew stand! This works for now though!
