Hi Jay,

I have a Spike MT with the standard recirc port position. Do you have any sort of sparge ring that would fit its QD style adapter?

I guess its not so much a true QD, but a pipe being held in by an oring. Its their standard recirc port......and it could be improved on

I was just looking for something that would fit into the female end. Some sort of ring for even distribution. I only would need it to drop down 3 inches

Like this? without the union connection or the threads?

I'm looking for 4 of these only with like 30" length on the thermowells for the 110gallon plastic conicals I'm using in my nano. I believe you make these already for norcal
https://www.norcalbrewingsolutions.com/store/1.5-Inch-Tri-Clover-Blow-Off-Tube-with-Thermowell.html

(I have 24" tall stainless cooling coils for them and need the thermowell to not be too close to it.)

Is this doable?
thanks
I'm also having a hard time finding a straight or 90 degree bend 1" barbed tri clover fitting with a 64mm od tc base

What is the ID of the thermowell tube you need? by doing 4 at 30" Its easy for me to just get teh material you need and build them in house. Yes totally doable

I'm using them for the stainless tipped stc1000 temp probes. the ID of the stainless tubing I used for my home setup is 6.83mm and it fits them fine but you may have a better idea of what works for the standard stc probes since I dont have a spare here to measure (all mine are siliconed together)

BTW I no longer need the TC reducer I found and purchased one.

@Jaybird might need 2 since I have the same MT ...

Lets go with a 7" length.

Just so I am clear. 7" long from kettle edge to center line of the kettle with FNPT threads for a compression fitting exactly like the picture except you want a compression fitting OR just plain tube end? OR do you guys want the union like is in the picture?
Let me know. I'll look back and see what he paid for the one pictured..

Cheers

Let me look at the STC I have in the brewery. I will shoot you a PM in a few days.

Not sure what @Desert_Sky needs but I guess it depends on the tube diameter. If your design is 5/8” tube then I would just need the plain tube end and use my existing QD. If it’s a different size then I would need just a QD that fits your design.

I’m going to probably be shopping after the first of the month (after this weekend). I have several things I do want from your store that I have on a wishlist.

Thanks!

Very Nice Jay, top notch quality! This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you very much for your quick shipment.

Pete it sits right at the 12 gallon mark, directly in the middle of the MT. Will have some in action photos as soon as I can

Awesome! Mine is out for delivery today too!
After seeing your photo I can’t wait!

I’m also receiving Jay’s Krausen Catcher (when I don’t need to spund)
https://www.norcalbrewingsolutions.com/store/Ultimate-CO2-Canning-Jar-Harvesting-Kit.html
and yeast harvester with gas exhaust port (so I can dump yeast and dry hop in my conical without much oxygen).
https://www.norcalbrewingsolutions....ch-Yeast-Harvester-Gas-Ball-Lock-Exhaust.html
All of this for fermenting under pressure.

That looks AWESOME in the kettle!
Thanks for the order! I am actually working on the sizing chart and considering making this a stock "custom" part.

Yeah we added a few extra parts to your order. :) Yeah I was just looking at your tracking, you will have it today. Let me know what you think when you get it all Pete.

Hehe I did notice. Thank you very much!

I’m way beyond impressed. I’ll have to write up my experience next brew day.

Thanks again JayBird !

The sparge arm worked perfectly. I used it for recirc and sparge today and it just makes things too easy now. Perfect addition to this MT
Oh man! I can’t wait for brew day next week. I’m not allowed to brew before the Halloween party. Daytime party for the wee ones ... pumpkin patch day.

Btw, you doing a ten gallon batch in the photo?

I do 11 gallon batches and this one was 20lbs worth. I mashed in with 1.5qts lb and was almost two inches under the sparge arm. Grain bed was flat except for a small dent right in the middle.

Awesome guys! They look like they will do the job for sure! Thanks for having me do this! Both of you have been outstanding to work with! Enjoy them and of course...tell your friends..LOL

Cheers

Maybe this already exists and I just can't find it, but I need a 2" tri clamp ferrule that has a flange on the other end which I can drill holes through in order to bolt it to a 3/16" thick stainless tri-ply lid. In other words, a bulkhead flange.

EDIT: Actually, I could just use one of the end flanges from a 2" sight glass.

Hey JayJay I don't have any of the end flanges by themselves. If you want to do a quick "hand CAD" drawing and send it my way I can take a look at exactly what you are wanting.

A false bottom that works with the new ss brewtech 10gallon 1V ebrewing setup. Would love an easy way to remove it after the mash as well.
A whirlpool arm that would fit in the same kettle's unused 1.5" tc port.
I ordered a few days ago and haven't even brewed with it yet, but that's what i think I'll need to get going with a bag from wilser.

Hey @Jaybird . Got a new kegmenter with a 4" TC opening and would like to get a TC cap lid with the following:
One 1.5" TC ferrule to add dry hops so I don't have to undo the whole lid
One thermowell (maybe 12" ?)
One or two threaded ball lock posts (19/32" - 18)

I've seen a 4" x 1.5" TC cap reducer at brewers hardware and that is probably a good base piece to add the thermowell and ball lock post(s) to.
Brew hardware sells the threaded ball lock posts designed for welding

I have everything in stock here to be able to build that out. I am curious if the 2 ball lock posts will work when you account for the connector that needs to attach to that. Let me get to the Fab Shop and just lay it out for you. I'll shoot you a PM tomorrow if I cant get back here to the store today.

Cheers
