i usually wait a few weeks before racking, and if it's still bubbling i don't rack yet. but then again i usually ferment mine to dry and then back sweeten, if you were to pull it off now you'd have a sweeter wine i believe
I measured with a hydrometer and it read 1.000 almost on the dot. So I racked it. Gonna use the slurry for a 6g Skeeter Pee. Gonna give the mixed berry a couple months and rack again.
