I let cider ferment down to 1.000 then primed with 3/4 cup of dextrose. Bottles sat on basement floor for a month at 58f opened one and it had no carbonation, so I put them upstairs for the last week and a half where it's 70f. If these do carbon are they going to turn into bombs? Do I have to crash or pasturize, or do I just let them be like bottle carbing beer?

If it fermented dry and all you added was the 3/4 cup of dextrose you should be fine...after sitting for 6 weeks you may want to turn them upside down for a couple days at the warmer temp and then back right side up to rouse the yeast and get it working again for a good carb level
