Making my first cream ale tomorrow.

Recipe: Cream Ale TYPE: All Grain

Ditch the rice and stick with just the corn in that recipe! My .02
 
I think it looks like a solid recipe! Very similar grain bill to one I did this summer and it scored a 40. I used cluster hops though. No crush on corn or rice, just mash in with the pale malt
 
No need to crush the corn or rice. I'm lazy however, so when I measure out my grain bill it all goes into a bucket and then dumped into the mill. So, it won't hurt, but it won't help either.
 
Thanks, I always mash with a bag in my 10 gal cooler. Works great for me and I don't have to use rice hulls or worry about a stuck mash.
