Do good stand-alone milk frothers exist?

I am looking for leads on a stand alone milk frother brand with steam wand that is available in Canada that doesn't suck. The person does not like espresso, just regular coffee with foam.

I picked up the Bodum on Amazon, $30.00, works great, easy to clean and has auto-shutoff.
Not as fancy as the Astra, Makes enough for two cups.
