DIY gemination room/kiln

Hi Y'all,
I was looking to try my hand at growing a little bit of hops and barley. DIY hops is covered in a lot of detail on here, but I haven't seen much of anyone working on there own germination floor or kiln. Does anyone have any links to someone who has made a small scale kiln and germination floor?
