Started building a Digital temperature controller sytem for my fermentation keezer. If I need it just for the keezer to serve draft I can unplug the heating element. I am building one for my serving keezer build it will not have a hot or cold setup.

The temperature controller will be mounted right abouve the outlet when it gets here. I have the outlet prewired. So all I have to do is cut install and solder wires.

I would switch the hot and cold. On the STC-1000 the cold light is above the hot. I didn’t even mark mine, I just remember it that way.
