It could be that all the yeasts they recommend are the same strain, like US-05, WLP001, and WY1056. Without knowing what yeast they discuss specifically, it's hard to know for sure.
If you are new to brewing and haven't made a starter with liquid yeast before, I would recommend the dry yeast because it means you have one less variable to work with. Dry yeast is easy - just rehydrate and pitch. Dry yeast is just as high-quality as liquid yeast, so you are not sacrificing the quality of your beer.
T-58 is a good dry belgian strain.
