Difference sparkling amber DME & Reg DME

wanting to make Brandon O's graff and have some sparkling amber DME. Can I use that for the amber DME it calls for? Curious as to what is the difference.

Sparkling Amber is a Briess product. It looks like a pretty typical amber DME to me - brewer's malt, munich, and crystal 60. The difference is the maltster, nothing more.
