Current projects. A hard cider with two pounds of raspberries added. As well as a German white wine.

Here are my first two batches. The first is a pic of Edworts apfelwein next to some skeeter pee and the second is a comparison of skeeter pee from start to almost finish. Gotta rack and back sweeten this weekend.

Next up is some dragon blood.

Racked my spiced apple wine and my apple cherry wine last night. Both are good so far but the spiced apple is going to be awesome. Has a very light spiced flavor and is delicious already. I went ahead and floated 2 more cinnimon sticks in the carboy for good measure.

Here are modest beginnings of a fresh batch of Pomegranate/Blueberry!
I used 3@32 oz "Simple Truth" pom juice and 1@32 oz R.D. Knudsen "Just Blue Berry" juice.
2lbs granulated cane sugar inverted in 1 1/2 cups water
1 Lipton family size "cold brew" tea bag (for tannin)
1 tsp nutrient
1/2 tsp energizer
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme

I pitched Montrachet on must, OG 1.110@73F

Fermentation jumped off after less than 12 hrs! Couldn't b'lieve it, esp with Montrachet.
