I scored a free keezer on Craigslist, and it has 4 perlicks that are majorly funky. Just tons of caked up sediment and flakey grossness in the faucets. I currently have them completely broken down and sitting in hot water with PBW, but not sure if that's gonna complete the task. I assume I'm gonna have to more than just left them in a solution, and actually get some soft wire brushes, pipe cleaners or something and put some elbow grease into it.

Any suggestions on what I should use/do?

In a secondary question, how can I identify which perlicks I have?

Then run sanitizer/ cleaner like "one step" thorough when changing kegs.

Clean keg, fill up with a gallon or two of one step, shake real good to sanitize it, them hook up the co2 and run it out through tap

This will help eliminate gross buildup over time
