Hey,

I'm making a De Koninck clone. I live in Canada, but I'm flying to Belgium tomorrow and will be in Antwerp. Interestingly, across the street from the De Koninck brewery is a cafe where you can have De Koninck yeast served to you in a shot glass. I'm not entirely sure how to bring the yeast back home so I was wondering if anyone has any experience doing so. I was planning to simply bring an empty (sanitised) White Labs vile with some yeast nutrient and just popping the yeast in there, cooling it for the trip home. Is there anything else I should do, maybe ask the staff if I can have some that is certainly not contaminated (I imagine it would be a risk if they serve it in pub-cleaned shot glasses). Also, can I legally bring the yeast back?

Thanks in advance!
