Really excited to have kegged this a few days ago! Aimed for a slightly darker colored, full bodied IPA with piney, resinous hops. Can barely wait to tap in another week and a half. Aiming for rustic, didn't bother with Irish moss or a significant cold crash. Hydrometer samples indicate we are entering Flavour Country.

1/2 oz Colombus (15.2%AA) @ FWH
½ oz Columbus (15.2%AA) @ 20 minutes
1/3 oz Nugget (12.2%AA) @ 15 minutes
1/3 oz Simcoe (13.2%AA) @ 15 minutes
1/3 oz Chinook (11.8%AA) @ 15 minutes
1/3 oz Nugget (12.2%AA) @ 5 minutes
1/3 oz Simcoe (13.2%AA) @ 5 minutes
