Hi All,

I'm looking to make this Gruit in 3gal batch - it asks for lemon peel (from 3 lemons) to be used for bittering.

To confirm with all you gruit makers - my thought is to include the whole peel including pith (ie: not just zest). Is this right? (I'm also using 7 Dandellion leaves, which I hope it correct too)
